Our client, a major player in electrical site services require a Contracts Manager to run contracts in and around the London area. Although initially this will be an office based position you will be working from home.

The company provide the construction industry with electrical, mechanical and plumbing services and complete site set up.

·         An experienced Electrical Contracts Manager with experience of running contracts from initial enquiry through to completion and hand over.

·         Fully qualified electrically.

·         Mechanical/Plumbing experience a distinct advantage.

·         Temporary site services experience preferred but not essential

·         Experiance of estimating

·         Ability to communicate at all levels and deal with clients.

·         Ability to manage a team of mechanical/electrical trades.

 

Although this is site services if the right person would like to look at adding to the business with small installations. This is something that would be considered.
