| Job Title: Electrician – Compex 07 – 08 – Petrol Stations |

We are looking for an experienced CompEx Qualified Electrician to join our testing and remedial repair division. You will be working mostly at night and travelling across the UK on a regular basis. Hotels and reimbursement for food and drink will be arranged in line with our company policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Providing testing and remedial repairs on petrol filling stations .
b) Electrical installation works of both 230v and 400v in commercial and industrial situations.
c) Diagnosis and repair of faults
d) Inspection and testing.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) The Electrician will need to hold City and Guilds 236 (parts 1 and 2) or equivalent, CompEX EX07 + EX08, 2382 (17th Edition) and 2391 (inspection and testing) and have lengthy and demonstrable experience in Electrical works.
b) You must also have experience of working in petrol filling stations
c) You must be able to work on your own and use your own initiative
d) A valid driving licence is essential for this role
e) Candidates should be excellent communicators (both written and verbal), with good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and highly customer focused.
f) You will need to be flexible in working hours and be prepared to travel, with staying away from home and working nights on a regular basis.
ASSOCIATED BENEFITS:
£15 per hour with a minimum of 30 hours per week, van, uniform, power tools, test kit, laptop, mobile phone.
